106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician in Stanwood, WA. The entry-level position focuses on servicing guests' vehicles, following our training program to gain certification and expertise across offered services.

You will join a team that emphasizes guest experience, accurate work, and safety. The role includes benefits, growth opportunities, and a focus on teamwork in a busy service center.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document work performed.
