Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience in any setting.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and guide mid-level teammates.
• Check oil level and tire pressure, and inspect fluids.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management promptly.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending as required.
