Job summary

Jiffy Lube Baxter, MN is seeking a General Service Technician to professionally service guest vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in our training program to gain certification across our services and advance within Team Car Care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear guest communication, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and ensure a superior guest experience
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and adhere to safety protocols
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians
