Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Saint Paul, MN, to service guests' vehicles and provide an exceptional experience. The role includes our training program to certify you across our service offerings, preparing you for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Adhere to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
