Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC seeks a General Service Technician in Auburn, WA to service guest vehicles and support a structured training program. You will learn across services and gain certification while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service center.
