Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in Oceanside, CA to service guest vehicles and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This entry-level role includes a structured training program that certifies you in all offered services, setting you up for a successful automotive career within Team Car Care.

You will work onsite in Oceanside with a focus on safety, teamwork, and precise service delivery, while gaining hands-on experience and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during operating hours.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level and tire pressure to teammates.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
