Job summary

FPC (FORTUNE PERSONNEL CONSULTANTS - Orlando Office) is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer for an automotive manufacturer in Central Indiana. You will sit with a Senior QE and the Quality Manager to learn the role in the plant, with hands-on APQP on new programs and exposure to IATF 16949.

Ideal candidates include recent ME/MET/IE/IET grads with internships or 1–5 years as a Quality Engineer, Manufacturing QE, or Launch QE. Local driving to interviews is expected.

Qualifications

• APQP on new automotive programs.
• Review first-article parts and quality data with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Learn and apply 8D and 5-Why problem-solving methods.
• Assemble quality data for customers.
• Support IATF 16949 docs, audits, and day-to-day plant quality.
• Address quality issues on current production lines.

Responsibilities
