Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and install batteries or shocks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and related components.
• Road test vehicles and verify repairs.
