Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry‑level Maintenance Technician to join a capable team that services vehicles and supports a broad network of auto care centers. You will learn diagnostic and repair tasks across brakes, alignments, suspensions, and electrical systems while performing oil changes and tire maintenance.

The role includes on‑the‑job training and opportunities to earn ASE certifications, with benefits available from day one for full‑time and part‑time teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
