Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a collaborative team that services vehicles across a broad range of tasks. You will learn diagnostics, perform routine maintenance, tire care, and electrical checks as part of a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
