Now hiring: Entry-Level Maintenance Technicians. If you have experience changing oil at a quick lube or mounting tires at a tire shop, we’d love to meet you and show you a clear path to success.

We provide a clean, well-maintained, air‑conditioned shop, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment. Many former Maintenance Technicians have advanced into roles such as Lead Technician, Master Technician, Shop Foreman, and Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance services.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Tire rotations, repairs, and replacements.
• Battery testing and replacement.
• Fluid checks and top‑offs (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.).
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.
• Use proper tools and equipment to perform services efficiently and correctly.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
• Follow company training plans to build skills and pursue ASE certifications.
• Assist technicians and other team members as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally.
