Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Mount Pleasant, SC. This entry-level role supports a busy service team responsible for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
