Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team responsible for servicing vehicles in company stores. The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one and includes a tool program discount.

Pay range is $13.20 - $19.80 per hour; Bridgestone commits to fair compensation and meeting minimum wage requirements in all locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
