Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician in a entry-level role within Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will be part of a team servicing vehicles and gaining hands-on experience. Full and part-time benefits are available from day one, including a tool program discounts and competitive compensation.

Pay range: $12.54 - $18.81 per hour. Bridgestone commits to fair compensation and minimum wage adherence.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
