Mike Willis Ford Orange is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join its service team in Orange, TX. This entry‑level role offers training, a 7:00–5:30 schedule (Mon-Fri) with Saturday mornings, and pay of $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

You’ll perform oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance while learning Ford maintenance procedures. Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level friendly role with on‑the‑job training available.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting dealership requirements.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines in a shop.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work hands‑on for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and routine maintenance per standards.
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, lights, and fluids as directed.
• Complete multi‑point inspections and document findings on repair orders.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor.
• Rotate tires, check pressures, and assist with basic tire services.
• Use shop tools safely and keep bays clean and organized.
• Follow disposal procedures for fluids and filters.
• Support Service Technicians and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to dealership safety policies and local regulations.
• Participate in training to learn Ford vehicle maintenance and equipment.
