Job summary

Young Ford of Ogden is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join the service team. You will perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to keep vehicles running smoothly.

The starting wage is $15.00 per hour with training provided and periodic increases after 90 days based on performance. Full-time employees receive benefits such as health insurance and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Desire to become Master Level Technicians and beyond.
• Oil & lube experience preferred but not required for entry-level.
• Current students in auto tech programs are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated history of being reliable.
• Valid Driver’s License (good driving record required).
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
