You will perform entry-level vehicle maintenance and tire services, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction. Work with store management to uphold productivity and policies while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities include tire mounting/balancing, routine maintenance, and safety inspections; the role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or service environment.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be a team player and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Handle unsupervised basic maintenance tasks (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Coordinate with store management to support productivity and customer satisfaction.
