Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a team that services vehicles in our retail locations across the United States. You will learn to diagnose and repair components such as brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems while performing oil changes and tire maintenance.

This role includes on-the-job training, tool program discounts, and full-time/part-time benefits from day one, with opportunities to pursue ASE certifications and flexible

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
