Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician at our Tampa Auto Service center to gain hands-on experience while learning basic automotive services and delivering outstanding service to customers.

No prior experience is required; you will be trained in tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, filter replacements, and preventive maintenance. The role offers a competitive base pay, training, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to review, analyze, and interpret information; identify problems and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Learn to perform basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, filters replacements, and more.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain safety and handle manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
