Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services, while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining safety standards.

No experience required; training is provided to build skills in tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and preventive maintenance. You will be trained by mid and senior technicians, focusing on quality service, teamwork, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems.
Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Learn how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.
Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services.
Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication with guest vehicles.
Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
