Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role involves diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing routine maintenance, and tire-related services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
