Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Roseville, MN is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No automotive experience is required, as our award-winning training program teaches you oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights and wipers replacements, and a comprehensive 18-point maintenance check.

You’ll work with a friendly, customer-focused team and have opportunities to advance to a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training from day one is provided.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for learning.
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and check/refill fluids.
• Rotate tires and test/replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance services.
