Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and assist in training.
• Check oil level and communicate to teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspection.
• Document all work performed on repair orders; report safety issues to management.
