Job summary

Jiffy Lube International, Inc. is hiring a General Service Technician in Leavenworth, KS to service guests' vehicles and support a fast-paced service center.

You will receive training and certification through our program, enabling you to grow within Team Car Care and deliver top-quality guest experiences. Requirements include 3+ months of customer-facing experience, ability to work 18+ with legal authorization, strong communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates; ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspection.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues to management.
