Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as an entry-level automotive technician.
• Valid California driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced service technician II with routine maintenance and repair tasks.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake servicing, and fluid checks.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Drive vehicles to assess performance after modifications or adjustments.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
• Follow Cal/OSHA and other regulations governing automotive service and repair.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure tools are stored properly.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts associates, and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on automotive technologies.
