Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Round Rock, TX. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in our training program to gain certification, and help maintain a clean, safe service center.

The role offers growth opportunities, a friendly team, and employee incentives. Ideal candidates are 18+, with customer facing experience and strong communication skills, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Servicing guests' vehicles to ensure top quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in our training program to obtain certification in offered services.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and tire pressures, inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
