Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Rochester, MN. This entry-level role focuses on professionally servicing guests' vehicles, delivering high-quality work, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

The team provides comprehensive training and certification to advance within the company. As a GST, you will promote teamwork, maintain a clean service center, and communicate clearly about guest vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Receive certification through our training program and apply services offered.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and refill fluids as necessary.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
