Jiffy Lube International in Eagan, MN is hiring a General Service Technician. You will service vehicles, perform oil changes, tire checks, and other maintenance tasks, under supervision and with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
