Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience in any sector.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service and clear communication about vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and follow safety protocols.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in mentoring peers as needed.
• Inspect vehicles, check oil levels, tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Assist with various manual tasks including lifting and bending as part of vehicle service.
