Qualifications

• Entry‑level role suited for mechanically inclined individuals.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to follow written procedures and safety standards.
• Able to work collaboratively with technicians and store leaders.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders accurately.
• Identify safety‑related issues and communicate findings to the proper channels.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable under supervision.
• Keep shop and customer area clean and organized.
• Transport customers and parts using company vehicles as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; report hazards.
• Work with technicians and service advisors; accept coaching and training.
• Maintain flexible schedule including weekends.
