106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician (GST) for an entry-level automotive service position at our Cicero, IL location. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in a training program to gain certification, and contribute to delivering high-quality, guest-focused care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and maintaining a safe, clean service center. A structured training path leads to certification and career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level to other teammates and ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
