Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure high quality workmanship.
• Support training and certification through the program.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior technicians and communicate oil level/tire pressure checks.
• Document all work on repair orders; report safety issues to management.
