Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician for our Naperville, IL location. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and certification through our program, with a focus on delivering high-quality vehicle service and an excellent guest experience.

In this position you will work with a team to service vehicles, ensure safety and cleanliness, and document all work. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and physical endurance in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues to management
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels
