Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and contribute to sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use basic math for everyday transactions and inventory counts.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus. Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Basic driving/navigation ability and willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards; manage cycle counts and back stock.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away and stock replenishment.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized; support general stocking and housekeeping.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Operates POS and parts lookup systems; uses inventory systems and store equipment.
