Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician. You will join a team servicing vehicles with full- and part-time benefits from day one, including tool discounts and on-the-job training.

Pay range is $13.20–$19.80 per hour, with opportunities to advance through ASE certifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, suspensions, oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Willingness to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
