Asbury Automotive Group in Jacksonville is seeking a Quick Lube Automotive Technician. This is an entry level role focused on basic maintenance tasks and customer experience, and is paid hourly.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, using standard forms and manufacturer guidance to ensure quality and safety. The position emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and growth within a dynamic automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work repetitively.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Must have valid driver's license and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by manufacturer and management.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in the same or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and ongoing learning.
• Stay current on new technologies and practices.
