Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Quick Lube Automotive Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accuracy while offering opportunities to learn through manufacturer training and on-the-job experience.

The position is hourly and includes paid training, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates with automotive technical school certifications or apprenticeship experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Entry-level technician responsible for basic maintenance and safety procedures.
• Willingness to participate in training and grow automotive skills.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, and battery testing.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Fill out the multi-point inspection form accurately and completely.
• Use manufacturer training and guidance provided by management.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are returned in good or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
