Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking Quick Lube Automotive Technicians to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. This entry-level role focuses on teamwork, safety, and applying manufacturer training to everyday tasks.

The position is hourly and emphasizes ongoing learning, with opportunities for advancement through internal programs and benefits.

Qualifications

Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Must be at least eighteen years of age.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
Previous experience highly preferred.
Apprenticeship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
Take care to ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better.
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs.
