Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an entry level Quick Lube Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles in a team-oriented environment. You will learn and apply manufacturer training, conduct routine inspections, and ensure vehicles are returned in excellent condition.

This hourly position offers weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for career development through ASBUR's Learning Management System and education support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices
• Apprenticeship experience is a plus
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have basic tools
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
