Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking entry-level Lube Technicians to learn the skills and techniques needed to safely perform a variety of vehicle services. You will be trained in our method for job acceleration and growth within the teammate's career path, while maintaining excellent service and mechanical skills for customers.

We are looking for people who want to learn or know how to perform tasks such as air and cabin filter replacement, fluid checks, battery service, windshield cleaning, tire pressure

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; basic math skills helpful.
• Able to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning per location requirements.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as trained.
• Check and top off fluids; inspect battery and related systems.
• Washing and windshield cleaning; tire pressure checks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow grooming and uniform guidelines.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
