XPEL, Inc. in Greer, SC, is seeking an Application Specialist I to perform entry-level installation of window tinting, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. You will work alongside senior installers to learn and apply XPEL standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, adherence to safety guidelines, and effective communication within the team to ensure high-quality finishes on projects and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or local equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL preferred).
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform detailed tasks.

Responsabilités

• Install XPEL products (one or more) on entry level jobs as defined difficulty rating/management.
• Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.
• Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL’s quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.
• Follow all XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to ensure efficiency is maintained.
• Other duties as assigned.
