Job summary

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; a valid driver’s license is needed to port vehicles and assist with installations. This role offers growth within a busy, collaborative shop.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles thoroughly to prepare for XPEL product application.
• Use clay bars and related methods to decontaminate surfaces for a smooth finish.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly manage tools and waste.
• Assist application specialists with setup and routine tasks to support workflow.
• Move vehicles to and from locations and remove automotive films (PPF, tint, vinyl).
• Weed PPF and tint with staff and keep installers supplied with towels, bottles, and bay cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
