XPEL, Inc. is seeking a Tint Installer to support the growth and quality of our automotive window film line. You will install tint with precision, interact with local wholesale and retail customers, and handle vehicle transport to XPEL facilities and partner sites.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to reliable attendance. A valid driver’s license is essential, and experience with high-end vehicles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or local equivalent).
• 2+ years’ experience in automotive window tint installation preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods.
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install automotive window film with a high level of quality.
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail.
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
