• Perform employment verification in accordance with procedures.
• Perform insurance verification in accordance with procedures.
• Investigate and validate loan application details and supporting information.
• Rekey applications to correct submission errors and improve data accuracy.
• Meet or exceed quality audit standards by following documented processes and maintaining records.
• Manage a daily pipeline to meet service level commitments to automotive dealers.
