Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Oakdale, MN. This full-time, daytime role supports children with autism through play-based ABA therapy, with paid training and RBT certification coverage. Bachelor’s Degree is required; no experience is necessary, with room for growth and advancement.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. Competitive pay starts at $20–$25.50 per hour for Bachelor’s, and $20–$28 for Master’s, plus benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in ABA or childcare is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
