Action Behavior Centers in Oakdale, MN is hiring a Behavior Technician to implement personalized ABA therapy for children with autism. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and fully support earning your RBT certification. A Bachelor's degree is required. The role is full-time with daytime hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid RBT training provided.
• Willingsness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
