Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Plymouth, MN is hiring Behavior Technician roles. Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays. Start date is immediate.

Qualifications

  • No experience necessary. We provide paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active with young children.

Responsibilities

  • Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
  • Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
  • Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
  • Observe and document progress during sessions.
