Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing BCBA-designed programs in home, school, and community settings. No ABA experience is required initially, and training is provided to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, support from a supervising BCBA, and opportunities for professional growth in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior ABA experience required.
• RBT certification not required to apply.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and patience.
• Able to travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-2pm (IN-SCHOOL)
