Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians for part-time, in-home and community-based ABA services in Dacula, GA. No prior ABA experience or RBT certification is required to apply.

Earn competitive hourly pay and work under BCBA supervision to help children with autism develop communication and daily living skills. You'll work Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm, up to 20 hours per week, in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No ABA experience required.
• RBT certification not required to apply.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Interest in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Consistent availability for the assigned schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA.
