Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Richfield, MN is seeking an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. You will support children with autism to build communication, social, and independent skills in a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule.

No prior experience is necessary; paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided. You will join a collaborative team with opportunities for growth and full-time hours, with benefits including health insurance.

Qualifications

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities
